Software that does a piece of work end to end inside your systems. It picks up the request where it lands, reads the documents, checks your data and rules, and prepares the result. A person on your team approves before anything changes.
Around two weeks from the first workshop to a running agent, depending on the size of the workflow. The bootcamp maps it, builds the agent on your own data and tests it on your real cases before it goes live.
Your agents and data run on infrastructure in Luxembourg, in the EU, or inside your own network if you prefer. Sensitive steps stay on models hosted in Luxembourg or the EU, or on your own servers. Your data never trains any model.
By default, anything that changes a record or reaches a client waits for a person's yes, and the agent flags doubts instead of guessing. Every action is logged. If something breaks, you flag it in Spear Care and we fix it as part of the subscription.
No. Agents connect to the tools you already use, like Outlook, SharePoint, SAP or Salesforce. For older or in-house systems we build a custom connector on the open MCP standard, with access limited to what you allow.
A fixed-fee bootcamp for each agent, then one monthly subscription: a platform fee per client, plus usage credits for each agent. Credits follow the work, so simple runs use fewer. Services such as data foundations or compliance are added per module, when you need them.
Yes. There's an off switch at any time, and your data is returned or deleted when you leave.
